While on Miss Piggy's UFOMania show he tells the world that "they are coming". Unfortunately a paranoid government operative, K. Edgar Singer, played by Jeffrey Tambor sees Gonzo as real proof that we are being invaded by aliens. He sends out agents to capture him. Of course his friends must rescue him. Along the way we meet many guest stars which is a tradition of Muppet movies. See the lis below of the live guests. The ending is quite heart warming and fun as it should be. I took my two very young neices to see this at a special screening filled with children and they loved it as the did all the other children. I find that the movie has the children's attention when they lean on the seats in front of them and stare intently at everything that is going on up the screen. This is definite a funny film and well worth seeing. If you don't take your children to see this family film then, you should syop complaining about there not being enough family films out there. It is a safe, language and violence free movie that supplies laughs for all ages. Hey, you know what? That Rizzo Rat still breaks me up. |
